Why extra-marital affairs are going up in 2020?
As said that marital affairs are- when a married person either the husband or wife comes in a relationship other than
their spouse.

As by the Indian law(section 497) now Extramarital
affairs is not a criminal offense
In later days, if a husband found to be in
extra affairs the women have rights to divorce him by court law and for
adultery, he can be imprisoned for five years.
Now the court has given the power to a man that he can prosecute
the man who has a relationship with his wife even if the wife voluntarily
accepting the relationship with another person. And the wife has no rights to
persecute the husband or the person whom with she in relationship

When
a person is in a relationship with another person then their spouse they try to
get rid of their spouse just to continue living with another person that
increase the risk of a person

real story):-in a city of Karnataka, a person killed his wife because she came
to know about his husband relationship with another person so he injected his
wife at the stomach and killed her by sliting the neck in front of a 6-year child
then due to fear of police custody, he attempted suicide.
· Can lead trauma and higher the risk for heart diseases:-
People
who are in affairs always in fear near their relatives of their family members
cause of that they build a distressful situation for themselves leading them to
trauma or when their spouse came to know about relationship due to shock the
risk the heart diseases like heart attack goes up at a higher rate
